The Ninth Post of a Lifetime

It was a horrid day today. I also had a horrid dream last night. I dreamt that I forgot to bring my spikes for training, and Ms Natasha was going to kill me. Then my dream changed and I was being chased around my old condo by a serial killer with a very sharp knife. So I hadn't slept that well.
I had track in the morning, from 9-12. We did cones in timing, 400m relay with the middle-distance runners. It was pretty fun, but I died after that. Really died. At least we had more motivation from the mid-ds. Ms Natasha then killed us a second time by making us do Jack-knifes, back-arches and push-ups.
I went to AMK hub with Judith, Kim-ann and Qiao Jun. But I had lunch alone. Sighhh... I had 2 hours to kill before going back to school for tramp training. I walked around the mall with nothing to do. So I went back to school half-an-hour early to read my book. Tramp was from 2-5. But the Tengster made us wait for her. Very good, training ends at 5 and she comes at 5. Very good indeed.
And then she called Li Lao Shi and said we didn't have to wait for her after all!! I was quite annoyed. She made us waste 20minutes of our time.
So now, I'm very exhausted. I might be going to sleep earlier than usual. But my dad's friends are coming tonight, and I'm already in my pyjamas. Maybe I'll just be antisocial...haha.

The Eighth Post of a Lifetime

Today, I had trampoline. I went in the morning, and to my dismay there wasn't any!! Aaargh! So I called my coach anyway and she came down to school. She had to teach the primary kids anyway, so I wasn't inconveniencing her. I was all alone!): But at least it wasn't that bad. So I stayed until 12.05pm then made my own way home by bus.
My grandparents came over from Penang today. Thank goodness they arrived safely! And they brought my favourite curly biscuits! Yayyay!
My dad told us that the hotel in India he always stayed at had been the target for terrorists. 75 people died and 250 were wounded. We all had a huge shock. What if he had been there? It would have been horrendous. So my mom is trying to persuade him to stop going to Pakistan for business trips.
Forget about this morbid business for now. Yesterday after I finished writing my post, Jonathan who's 17 for your info, came into the room and started bouncing all around the room. He crashed into my bed, my wall, my door and saying "dadada" and "harharhar". I can tell you it was sooo irritating! I chased him out the first two times, but after that I couldn't take it anymore, so I grabbed his collar and threw him out. Really!
But it wasn't over yet. This time, Matthew who's 16, opened the door and said, "Lunch" even though it was 10 o'clock. He kept on doing it until I stopped shouting at him to stop fooling around and ignored him. So he laughed and said, "Bible time." I was annoyed to the maximum!! All that bunny hopping and meal calling for just two words.
So I went to my mom's room where they were all waiting and killed them both. Hohoho! XD To all those trackers, good luck for training tomorrow! We will survive!

The Seventh Post of a Lifetime

For training today we did 80+20m thrice. And Yiyi from Rosyth came! (And Joy blamed me again for her coming, but I don't see how I am to blame...:D) She's super fast, so I'll be handing over my title as the "Fastest" to her. Hahas.
I didn't go home by bus today; Frances offered to bring me back home via taxi. How nice of her to ask! She even declined my offer to help pay for half the ride. It saved me about half an hour today, but I didn't know how to spend the time wisely.
Sooo boring. The holidays are sooo boring if you have no idea what to do. I don't wanna get started on science (I don't even know what they're talking about even though Joy explained it to me countless times for heaven's sake!) and I can't be bothered to ask around for chinese storybooks because I'll know what answer I'll get. And it'll be a negative one. My maths is okay, at least I'm about half way through to finishing it. Plus, I finished writing my Commonwealth Essay already. Yay!
I finished another Hercule Poirot book, so I've started reading another 4 more. You can call me a bookworm, but you can't call me a geek!!XD Haha!

The Sixth Post of a Lifetime

OMG I had no gym today!!
But that's also a bad thing because I was getting bored to death. On the computer I watched a few extremely funny videos of Rowan Atkinson. There's one which is called Pink tights and Plenty of props. Those people who have time after reading my post go and watch it! It made me laugh so hard I cried, but maybe that's because I can laugh really easily.
Other than watching I read Full Metal Alchemist and did some maths. Number sequences. It was so hard but I managed to get the slight hang of it after doing a few exercises in a different maths assessment book. I played cards too, vacumned the house and did nothing after that. I made no progress whatsoever except for 3 questions at maths and winning twice consecutively at Clock.
Okayy. Nothing much to write today. Nothing to do, and that's the thing I hate about holidays, because you have nothing to do. Actually, maybe you DO have something to do but you're just to lazy to do it. So, those who have nothing to do, watch the recommended video that I mentioned. It's super hilarious! >.<>

The Fifth Post of a Lifetime

Hihi! Joy requested that I write a new post because it was getting too boring and out-of-date. Haha! On Saturday I had a class gathering at Ying Jia's place. Her condo is so huge I got lost at once! So my first was to move around the playground aimlessly, then walk along the side of the slope that connected all the blocks together. Thank goodness Ying Jia's mom saw me and drove me up to the house. At the BBQ pit, there were tonnes of people. Dominique, Yu Ting, Jie Ying, Nat, Min Yi, Ying Jia, Constance, Shandy, Yue Mian and Yi Min. Mel, Sam and V came later. All in all, it was quite fun, other than me falling into the swimming pool and V spraining her ankle while doing the can-can. The food was good, and the were water balloons to keep us entertained.
Today for training I did hurdles!! Yay Yay! It was quite fun for me (but I'm not sure about the others. Joy was getting pretty worked up and irritated. Plus, Hazel, Joy and I sustained minor bruises and scratches from the puny hurdles. Then we did 150m thrice. My best was 20.95s. Not fast at all for me.
I went home by bus today with Jeannette and Hazel after training. Then I just had to miss my bus by thirty seconds. I could actually see it driving into the bus stop because I was in 265 with Hazel. I was saying "Noooo!" and was making a fool of myself in the bus. But Hazel was a nice friend so she cries "Noooo!" along with me. So I missed the bus. But at least the second bus came after fifteen minutes. Phew!
For the rest of the day I read, went on the comp and wrote this book. Even though it's only two something I know that I'm gonna do this for the rest of the day. But maybe a tiny bit of work too after four. Haha, I need more discipline to do my work!

The Fourth Post of a Lifetime

I had a dinner last night. But my mom only told me 1 minute before we were leaving. What's more, I had ALREADY eaten dinner! I've got blisters from my new spikes, so I had to wear my shoes without actually putting my feet inside. I could have worn plasters but no,no I had to let them dry. And Jon made up a new name for me which is Fatso Jones. What kind of name is that?! It has nothing to do with me at all! Sigh...but he's my bro, so what can I do? Oh! And....
Doomsday is OVER!! Oh my gosh, I couldn't believe we would have been able to get through the 3 hours of doom. Actually, we only did 300m twice. I missed my PB by 0.2s! Damn! I was cursing myself after the run. Haha. I think I have a bit of the sore loser in me. Amazing that that was all we did today - apart from cones. Joy finally came back, and I just realised that I have a class party tomorrow. How blur I am! I actually received it a few days ago, but I was too lazy to bother to check my e-mails. Haha! My bad.=D
I went to Takashimaya to get some books from Kinokuniya today. My brother bought 4 books but I didn't buy any. Then I had to make my own way back with Jon, and he was blaming me all the way home saying, "It's all your fault!" while reading Geomancer. But of course, nothing was ever my fault. He's just joking; he loves to say things without ever thinking first about what the person thinks when he/she hears it. Horrible!
I can't believe it! I'm going to Christmas Island in 16 days! That's 384 hours! Which is 23040minutes! Which is 1382400seconds! Bwahahahaha!

The Third Post of a Lifetime

Today we did 20m,40m,60m,80m,100m and 120m for track training today. Thank goodness it was only one set only! Plus, I bought new spikes yesterday. They're red, have straps instead of shoelaces, a product of the company named Mizuno, and are the same as Windy's. After the main training programme of the day, we did medicine ball, I set of every exercise. I partnered Petrina because Joy didn't come for training today. Hmph! :(
After training I went to Mel's house to bathe and change then went to the Singapore Flyer to have lunch. Well, not really the Singapore Flyer, but one of the eateries stationed below the Flyer. We ate pizza (how fattening!) and went to feed the coy in the pond outside.
The next thing we did was drive to Marina Square to shop!! I was so amazed I actually went shopping! The first ever time I wasn't bored in a shopping mall. First, mom gave me money. Then I bought a book (Necropolis - that's the name of the book) from the bookstore Times that Mel and I spent 45minutes looking for even after looking it up on the directory. Then we went to John Little and tried on shoes that were ridiculously tall. We were making such a loud ruckus I was amazed that the proprietors didn't chase us out then and there. After that, I treated Mel to ice-cream and we went to the D.I.Y store. At 5 we finally left the shopping mall - thank goodness! I was getting tired of walking around aimlessly - and went to Thomson Plaza were we had to wait for another 45 minutes while my mom attended her one-to-one guitar lesson.
I bought a black jacket that cost $10 (gasp!) and went home! Yay! But at least I had a good time, even though it was pretty exhausting.

The Second Post of a Lifetime

Hello again!
Thanks to the help of Hazel, my fellow tracker, I have managed to improve on my links section of the blog. I had a party yesterday which started at 9pm. Mel stayed over, but other people came as well. It was a 'singing' party so while I was upstairs making improvements on my blog they were singing the house down. I slept at 2am last night.
Yesterday's training was horrible(plus I couldn't go to Ern May's house to bond. But at least Joy was here to accompany me). I ran 400m relay, but even though I did a moderate timing, Ms Natasha was not at all so happy about it. That's the bad thing when you run a PB(personal best) which is so fast you can't beat it except in your dreams. Joy is going away to Genting Highlands for a holiday and won't be back by Thursday training. So she's not coming for Monday and Wednesday training. In other words, she's leaving me alone!!
Actually, I don't mind, but it won't be fun without her. She's so talkative I'm practically talking every second of track training. But I like it that way, because I can't start a conversation properly. That's one of the bad traits about me, like I told you before in my first post. I can't start a convo, but I can talk the whole way through if someone else starts it.
OK, I have to go now. Goodbye!

The First Post of a Lifetime

Hey all, this is my very first post, so forgive me if it doesn't make any sense. I'd like to show my gratitude to Melissa, who has worked so hard to make my blog come true! Haha, now, what do I write? I have such a limited creativity and writing capability that I fail in English composition! Jokingjoking. I'll start off like this then:
For all the people out there who have just gotten to know me, I am a perfectly normal girl who leads a perfectly normal life, has a very optimistic personality and lots of good humour. I love to laugh, I love to talk, but at times I can be extremely quiet when I want to. I hate leeches and people who backstab their friends.
My studies are reasonably moderate, CCA...well reasonably good. Height: horrid, don't want to tell you. Weight: also horrid, so don't want to tell you either. Assertiveness(or speaking to those I'm not familiar with)low. On first impressions, I'm a shy, small girl. But when I go all out I'm really different because I really mix around. You can ask all the people who know me well that question. >.<
This is comes to the end of my first post, so ta-ta!
