in the end

ahhh the yog is so awesome and so sad. ): i really pity the athletes who get injured during the race or get disqualified.. i saw one guy who got disqualified from the 200m cos of a falst start. and i watched his face on the huge screen by the side of the stadium and saw him say "f***" and walk away. then he went down on his knees on the grass on the field and punched the ground. mann i really felt so sad for him. once in a lifetime experience, and his country spent so much money to send him here and training for 2 years just to sprint the most important 25s of his life and he gets knocked out and can only stand by the side and watch as the other competitors run and knowing he could have been there running too if he hadn't done what he had did 10s ago. and the usa guy who ran the 400m hurdles was such an awesome sport. he like pulled his ligament in the first 100m and at the 2oom mark i think he tore it and fell flat to the ground. and even though he was last and the others had already ended he picked himself up again and limped to the finishing line and crossed each hurdle. and you could see the pain and the tears on his face and i can't imagine how much agony he was going through. but he completed the run, just what he was sent here to do, and i felt so inspired i nearly cried. ahhhh i think this is what true sportmanship is all about.
well, went to watch the 100m hurdles and the men's 400m. gosh so fast. and the way they go over the hurdles is like...poof!! i wanna be like that. mhmm i shall aspire to hit a 15s. ahaha!! ahhhh...gosh. and the high jump was like whoosh! they jumped 2.12m. ahh so high. and the way they jumped over the bar was amazing. so graceful..and they're guys! ahaha!! ahhh yesh. mmhmm. going back tonight again to watch er i can't remember. but i think it's the 400m hurdles women's finals. and some other stuff. yupp. yay can't wait to go with the sprinters tomorrow to watch. (: teehee. but so said it's only throws. ah wells never mind.

i tried so hard and got so far but in the end it doesn't even matter
