im ready

just came back from sec one orientation camp and man it was tiring. hahaha some classes were super high and some weren't. i totally missed the campfire cos i had meet the parents duty. so from 545 to 730 i had to stand at the singha lion place and tell parents to go to the field or the hall or where to find the toilet. then we had to move chairs from the 4th level to the classes that we were in charge of. for example, i'm in charge of 1Hope, and the holding classroom is on the 1st floor. so since the only classrooms in the upper sec block which weren't being used were on the top floor, i had to carry chairs down 4 flights of stairs and then carry them back up again. but at least i had friends to help me..like the unlikely appearance of kirstie and jia wen who suddenly turned up at 8 and asked if i needed help.

so after that we waited for the sec ones to finish and the EXCO and PSLs went a major bench cleaning spree cos we had to use newspapers to wipe the bottom of the benches which were used on during the campfire cos they were dirty. then i had to stone for 45min waiting for the sec ones to make their 'tang yuan' thingthing. then another half an hour waiting to give ms lim her bowl of tang yuan. but then she didn't want it so yingting and kim ann had to finish it off. ahahah!!

well then had to bathe. used the men's toilet on the second floor. it's so nice and big! the whole thing is just one cubicle and there are 2 sinks for one person! amazing! anyway washed my hair in the sink and then used an ice cream tub to scoop up water and pour it all over myself. it was cold. then went back to the canteen and i was dead tired. so i just joined 2 benches together and rolled into my sleeping bag and slept at 1230. but then the lights were on and the other PSLs were talking and laughing and doing work so i couldnt sleep. hmph! not that i blame them. they need some fun. but the noise didn't stop or go down one bit for 5 hours straight. ahahha so i couldnt really sleep but oh well!

ahhh yesterday was dear joy's birthdayyy~~ happy birthday joy! you're 16! hope you're feeling better now.i also hope you took my advice and watched an NC16 movie the first thing you got back, and i also hope you didn't mug. (: you're a really wacky fwend and so i wish you to remain wacky as always. yar. we'll be behind you. the sprinters and barney too.
