Thirtieth Post of a Lifetime

The first day of the competition season is over! Hurrah! Hurrah!
Haha~I know some people will be thinking, it's only the first day of com, so what? But you've got to admit that at least it's somewhere. As in, the season can't go on if the first day doesn't come right? Anyway, I painted Superman in the morning and listened to relaxing music. It was really nice! I didn't feel stressed at all. =P
Hurdles was okay, I came in first in my heat. Hooray! But that's not really such a good feat because there were only 3 people racing you see. Windy came in second, but i know she tried her best because she ran with a pulled muscle. Pro girl!
I saw a picture of me which my dad took while I was jumping over the hurdles. Oh my, I really AM doing high jump! It's like my shoulder height. While the rest are just skimming over the hurdles, I'm like miles above them. Man, I really have to improve on my jumping skills.
400m sucked. My breathing problem came back AGAIN!!! Argh! Didn't it go away already? Like it should have gone away by last week. i ran with Ying Lin and some HIP girls. They were super fast! I was second to a girl named Charlene , she was soo fast! I totally died at the last 100m. Hehe, I was dragging my feet on the ground. XD
To all the people who competed this weekend, good job! Even if you didn't run that well, I believe you tried you best. And to those who didn't and missed their race, come back even stronger on February the 13th or 14th! Show those people what you've got!!
