Oh gosh I'm exhausted today.
I trained again today in the morning for hurdles. I'm afraid, and I have no idea why. I think it's because I'm jumping too high and I'm not running fast, I'm just striding. Oh god I'm scared! I don't know if I can do it! My legs hurt like crazy, I don't know if I can even run 400m. Then again, I don't like 400m, nut I have to try my best of course! Argh!
Okay I'm panicking. I can do it! I CAN DO IT! And so can all of you who are competing tomorrow and on Sunday, so all the way! Like I said, don't think, just do. And if you want to go home satisfied, just try your best. Be calm (not like me) and focus on your aim which is to get to the finishing line first! Okay! Everybody must try to come in first! But remember that there is a difference between wanting and trying. (:
For all the people out there who are in the first competition, don't be afraid, I know you'll feel very stressed before the race, but believe me, when you're running, you forget about everything and just run your race! It's just the part before the race which is the worst. XD And all the injured people must try their best to get better before their race. If not, just add layers of counterpain and run like crazy! Pretty irnoic for a girl who said she didn't know if she was going to make it a minute ago. >.<
